このブログでは投稿動画の紹介をしていますが、

ブログの更新をサボり過ぎて投稿動画の紹介が追い付かなくなって来ました。

① My childhood Trauma and Why I became Hikikomori

この動画では、私の過去のトラウマを英語で話してみました。

子供時代のトラウマである私のイジメ体験について話しました。

自分は登校拒否になって、引きこもりとなり、今でもトラウマは強く残っていますが、イジメていた側は、あれから謝罪する事すら何もなく、今も何食わぬ顔して社会の中で家族を作り普通に生きているという理不尽について話してみました。

コメントや良いねが沢山つきました。再生回数も比較的多かったです。海外には理解してくれる人が沢山いて嬉しかった。

This time, I will Talk about my childhood trauma and why I became the “Hikikomori” in my childhood.
As I said in my self-introduction video, I had been Hikikomori about 10 years when i was child.

the “Hikikomori” means people who avoid social contact and most of time stay in the house.
the Hikikomori is called social Withdrawal in English.

now, I will talk about why I became the “Hikikomori” in my childhood.
There are various reasons why people become the “Hikikomori”.
in my cace. The reason I became Hikikomori was a my childhood trauma.

When I was around 11 years old, I was bullied by five people in my neighborhood. they are around the same of my age.
that bullying was very violent and continued for several months. They were very persistent.
They used viorence to me almost every day.

It was not little violence. It was strong violence. That caused me to bleed internally.
I was crying. But it never stopped.
I was bullied at outside of school.

but also In the school, they are pretending my friends and attacked me if they had a chance.
Then I stopped going to school. This is my childhood trauma.

After that, I became very depressed and began to desire to suicide.

It is a very special experience.
Other than that time, I was violently attacked sometimes.
However, it did not become my trauma like as my bullying experience at the around age of 11.
So that bullying experience I got when I was around 11 years old is special.

I summarized it in four points why it became a my trauma.

1. It was strong violence. That caused me to bleed internally.
2. the Bullying lasted almost every day for a long time.
3. The people who bullied me, I thought that they were friends of me until bullied started.

It was very shocking. People I thought they were friends attacked me.

4. It happened when I was child. I was around 11 years old

All of these things caused me huge damage. Then it became a my trauma. Then I became Hikikomori.
I have had a lot of bad things when i after adult age, but nothing has surpassed this childhood trauma.
but Now, as mentioned in the previous video, I was released from my trauma and became a better.

i have got better match than before.
live alone, got jobs, traveling abroad, and making foreign friends All of these things made me better.
but I am still little struggling with my trauma.

what makes me crazy is that those who were bullying me are live in this society as good people.
They have never been apologized or something to me what so ever, but they have married and have children, and have good social status.
They live pretending as good citizens.
one of them is working as Public official. It feels like a some kind black joke. Make me crazy.

I think there are so many that kind of people in this society. so I can’t believe people and society.
So I don’t like this society very much. I want to live beyond this society.
I think that if I am Clever enough and learn English and use Internet, I can make it so.
So I will continue to effort for that. I have many plan for that. One of plan is this YouTube.

anyway, I will continue to try various things to overcome that my trauma.
And I will share that experience in Youtube.

② My top10 cities in the world. (so far) 訪れた世界の都市TOP10

この動画では私が今までに訪れた海外都市TOP10について話してみました。

どの国も、どの都市も素晴らしくて、本来は甲乙つけがたいですが、TOP10動画は人気が高いようですので、自分も無理に作ってみました。今までに訪れた国で撮影した映像を沢山使いました。

また、この動画は英語ですが、この動画以降の英語動画には日本語字幕を付けるようにしました。

This time, I would like to introduce the my top10 cities in the world I have visited so far.

I love traveling abroad by alone. I have visited many foreign countries so far.
I have traveled to Western Europe, Russia and Southeast Asia by alone.
I have been 10 countries and I have stayed in about 30 foreign cities so far.

I would like to visit more countries in the future.
now, I would like to introduce the my top 10 cities in the world I have visited so far. but I will tell you beforehand. Every cities are unique and Great. this Top10 is just my preference.

-10- Moscow (Russia)

number10 is Moscow, Russia. I visited Moscow 1st time about three years ago.
as you know, Moscow is the capital of Russia.
Moscow has deep history. Moscow has played a vital role in Russian history.
There are many historic buildings.I visited many places in Moscow.
Red Square, Lenin’s Mausoleum, Kremlin…and so on.
in Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics, You can see the great achievements of space development in the Soviet era.
Especially, I was impressed by the Moscow metro. because The Moscow metro is very deep.
It takes about 5 minutes by escalator to the platform of metro.
I heard that The Moscow metro can be used as a nuclear shelter.
Moscow is a beautiful city with a deep history. There are many tourist attractions.

-9- Siem Reap (Cambodia)

number9 is Siem Reap, cambodia.
Siem Reap is a famous city with ruins of Angkor.
Angkor is a Hindu and Buddhist religious site that built by Khmer empire
in around the 12th century.
The ruins of Angkor are spread over a very large area.
But the major sites of Angkor can be visited in one day.
The attractions of this city are not just Angkor.
in the lake of Tonlé Sap,
You can see the people of living on the water.
There is also a holy mountain called Phnom Kulen.
Phnom Kulen is a place where the Khmer empire A began.
You can also watch Khmer traditional shows in this city.
there is very intaresting city.
also in This city, you can be cheaper to stay.

-8- Paris (France)

number8 is Paris, france.
Paris is a great and beautiful French city that everyone knows.
Paris has so many attractions.
Foods, museums, cityscapes, concerts, churches, Palaces…and so on
But the attractions in paris are endless.
needless to say, paris is very great city.
I have visited so many places in paris. it was amazing

-7- Saint Petersburg (Russia)

number7 is Saint Petersburg, russia.
Saint Petersburg was the capital of the Russian Empire era.
this city has very old cityscape, like as medieval cityscape.
Saint Petersburg is so beautiful throughout the city.
Particularly famous places in this city are the Hermitage Museum and Peterhof.
Hermitage was very amazing.
The Hermitage was very huge and beautifully decorated inside. and There were a lot of exhibits.
in Peterhof, there has a very large and beautiful garden.

-6- Amsterdam (Netherlands)

number6 is Amsterdam, Netherlands
Amsterdam has many canals running through the city.
The harmony between the city and the canal is very beautiful.
This city has many museums and theaters.
I have stayed in Amsterdam three times.
I have visited so many places in amsterdam so far.
Every time I think this city is very beautiful.
Netherlands is a very beautiful country.
I have stayed at Roermond it was also very beautiful city. I want to visit Netherlands again.
Next time I will visit a different town in Naderland.

-5 Kazan

number5 is Kazan, Russia
in the 15th century, kazan was the capital of the Kazan Khan,
that Genghis Khan family’s country.
Later it was captured by Ivan IV and became a city of the Russian Empire.
this city Kazan is a rich city because it produces oil.
The main street is very beautiful. The metro is also there.
in kazan, There are various tour spots.
I went around various places in Kazan by a cheap bus tour with my russian friends. it was so intaresting.
There was a mosque and a Christian church in the Kazan Kremlin.

The majority of Russians are Christians.
but This city is different, Because half of the population is muslim.
Russia is a very large country, so the atmosphere and religion of the city is depending on the region.
Uran-Ude, a city in Siberia, far east of here, has many Tibetan Buddhist followers.
I also visited the Uran-Ude.there was also intaresting city. another time, I will talk about the Uran-Ude.

-4 Bruges

number4 is Bruges,Belgium
Bruges is also known as the “city of water” or “Northern Venice”.
Waterways and canals run through the center of the city.
The way the canal runs through the city is similar as Amsterdam, but Bruges is much more calm.
You can see the city like a europian medieval city.
there is a very beautiful cityscape. it made me very calm.
You can cruise the canal by boat in Bruges. that was amazing.
also Bruges has a World Heritage-listed Beguinage monastery.
and this city has many great cathedral.
in the cathedral of this city has Michelangelo’s work called Madonna of Bruges.
I have visited various spots of the Bruges with my Brugesene friends. It was awesome.

-3 Rendsburg

number3 is Rendsburg, germany
Rendsburg is a German city that near of Denmark.
this city is a very quiet and beautiful city.
The city is beautiful and in harmony with nature.
Walking around this city will make you feel better. It makes you clam.
I visited various places with a my german friend.
we visited the Viking museum and U-boat museum.
there was lots of valves in u-boat.
we also visited the around town of Kiel with a my german friend.
In kiel, 1918, sailors in the keel naval port revolted.
and then The German Empire destroyed and the Weimar Republic was established.
So keel is a historically important place. This Kiel harbor have many museums.
there was a very quiet and beautiful city.

-2 Wernigerode

number2 is Wernigerode, germany
Wernigerode is a former town of east germany.
This town is located at the near of the Brocken Mountain that famous for the Brocken phenomenon.
It is also famous as a city of the witch legends.
this city is a beautiful European country side town.
in Wernigerode, I visited so many places with my friends of wernigerode.
we went to castle, aircraft museums, glass workshops and Mount Brocken.
You can reach the summit of Mt. Brocken by locomotive from Wernigerode Station.
The peak of Mt. Brocken was very cold, but the view was spectacular.
The base of the Soviet Union remains on the summit of Mt. Brocken.
I also visited a witch festival. it was so intaresting.
and I really liked the streets of Wernigerode. They are look like houses in medieval era. it is so beautiful.

-1 Hamburg

number1 is Hamburg, germany
Hamburg has a large number of museums and art galleries, the attractions are very rich.
The cityscape is very sophisticated. It is spectacular.
Hamburg is a port city. A little away from the city centre,
there is a warehouse that temporarily store unloaded items.
It is spectacular to see the beautiful huge red brick warehouses lined up in large numbers.
I have visited many places in Hamburg.
church, art gallery, museums…and so on
especially, miniature museum was so great.
At the miniature museum, famous cities around the world are recreated as small models.
it is very accurate about the details.
And this city actually moves. The car moves and the traffic lights change. The city is moving exactly like as real city.
it was amazing.
Hamburg has many other attractions. It is a very beautiful city.

③ Book review of “Lupo battlefield migrant workers” ルポ戦場出稼ぎ労働者の読書感想

この動画は読んだジャーナリストの安田さんが執筆した「ルポ戦場出稼ぎ労働者」の感想を話してみました。この本では危険な戦場へ出稼ぎに行く第三国の人々の姿が詳細に描かれています。とても勉強になったし、出稼ぎ労働者の命がけの行動と安田さんのジャーナリスト精神に感銘を受けました。感想の詳細は動画をご覧ください。

④ 5 tips for Hikikomori life! 引きこもり生活5つのヒント

この動画を作った時は、新型コロナが原因で緊急事態宣言が出され、不要不急の外出を控えるように求められていました。そんな中で、私はベテランの引きこもり（笑）として、引きこもり生活に活用できるのではないかというヒントを幾つか考えて話してみました。

⑤ Hikikomori and Computer （引きこもりとコンピューター）

この動画では、自分とコンピューター（パソコン）との関りについて話してみました。

小学生時代に初めて使ったwindows3.1のパソコンから現在に至るまでのパソコン使用履歴や、パソコンをどんな風に活用していたのか？という事についてなども話しています。

パソコン（スマホ）は今の時代必須アイテムで、もしこれが無かったら私は重度の引きこもり時代に時代に取り残されて、社会復帰するために必要な情報も得る事が出来ず、今でも重度の引きこもりだったかもしれません。

⑥ Half-Life: Alyx Let’s Play #1 Hiroshi Yamazoe 引きこもりゲーム実況

初のゲーム実況プレイに挑戦してみました。これはハッキリ言って失敗しました。難しいです。なんというか色々な意味で辛いです。。ゲーム実況には向いていないという事が良く分かりました。その点では勉強になりました。

ただ、このゲーム自体は凄く良く出来たゲームです。このゲームはVRソフトのHalf-Life: Alyxというソフトです。最新のVRのゲームは本当に凄いですね。人類のテクノロジーはここまで発展したのかと感動しました。本当にリアルです。この先の未来には現実と違いが分からないレベルの仮想現実の世界があるんだろうなと思いました。

この動画では自分のお気に入りの映画作品を5本紹介してみました。好きな映画作品は沢山ありますが、あまり知られていない映画作品を中心に紹介してみました。

⑧ Hikikomori How to survive and free. 引きこもりが生存し自由になる方法

この動画では、経済的自由を得る方法について語ってみました。今の時代はネットを通じてお金を稼ぐ手段は沢山あります。でも、この動画では具体的なノウハウについては全く語っていません。（というか知りません[笑]）それは自分で考えるという事がとても大切だと思っていて、その事を話しました。

ネット上には簡単に稼げる方法～など、そういう類の情報がいっぱいありますが、殆どは使えない情報だと思っています。

もし、本当にネットで簡単に稼ぐ方法を知っているなら不特定多数の人に教えたりしないだろうし、もし、教えたらその手法は苛烈な競争の下に晒されて一気に使えなくなると思います。

私の住んでる名古屋にある神社「熱田神宮」に行ってみました。熱田神宮は三種の神器である草薙剣が祀られています。新型コロナによる緊急事態下なので、人が居ない早朝に出かけました。

この動画ではチャンネル登録者が100人を超えた事を記念して作ってみました。人気チャンネルと比べるとまだまだ超弱小チャンネルですが、100人程度が毎回自分の動画を見てくれているという事だけでも凄い事だと感じています。この動画以降もじわじわと登録者の方が増えて行き、2020年6月現在は200人を超える事が出来ました。今後も精進します。

この動画では「引きこもり」は未来には一つのライフスタイルになるのではないかという仮説を語ってみました。テクノロジーの発展の先にあるのは外出する必要が無くて、働く必要もない世界。もちろん、外出したい人は外に出て良いし、インドアで過ごしたい人はインドアで過ごせる。好きなように過ごせる未来。そんな未来が待っているのではないか？と思っています。この動画ではその事について詳しく話しました。

今回は「宇宙」について話をして見ました。ビックバン、生命の誕生、暗黒物質（ダークマター）、量子力学・・・。宇宙には謎が一杯です。この動画はロシア人の友達からの「宇宙について語って欲しい」というリクエストを受けて作ってみました！

この動画では人間の価値とは何かという事について話してみました。前に紹介した洋書「The Pain Artist: An American Hikikomori」の主人公は人間には価値が無いという事を何度も言います。あの本を読んだ事がこのテーマを考えるきっかけになりました。この動画に英語のネイティブスピーカーの人から長文のメッセージを貰いました。世界からの反応が色々とあってとても良かった。詳しくは動画をご覧ください。
